Company History

Arihant Sugar Industriess Limited formerly known as Om sugars Ltd was incorporated on 4 Nov 2014 under the name OM sugars Ltd, later on, with the initiative of Hon.SahakarRatnaShriRaosahebAnagaudPatil(Founder & Chairman) of ArihantGroup, in an acquisition move, the Company took over the OM Sugars Ltd This Plant, which came again into operation in 2018, had a crushing capacity of 2,500 TCD, which was increased to 4,000 TCD in the subsequent sugar season 2019-20.

OM sugars ltd was subsequently renamed Arihant Sugar and Industriess Limited (ASIL) and became a subsidiary of Arihant Group.

ASIL embarked upon significant new expansions. With the commissioning of four New Mills and Cogenerations with this ASIL made a New Benchmark in the sugar market.

ASIL in its unique position, while it is planning for commissioning for Molasses, based 30 KLPD Distillery with Ethanol, Sprit, pharmaceutical alcohol & rectified Spirit.

The Company embarked on an expansion, the scales of which are unprecedented worldwide, providing tremendous opportunities for employment, opening doors for better infrastructure, and community development and contributing vastly to the growth of the rural economy of Karnataka.
